 We may not listen to music or not watch movie for three years, nor read a novel or a poem; we may even not eat the between-meal snack or not be in love for three years. However, it’s impossible for us for not contacting construction, even a shack for three years. Don’t mention three years, we can not even be without it for three days. Since construction runs through the whole life all long, why not let each person obtains their favorite house?

   Ordinary one day, joyful as usual, palms in the butterfly lake bay nodded to me with smile as usual, what special will wait for me? He looked very clean and artistic. “Hi, welcome to China.” I greeted with smile to him in Korean, in real and pure accent. He surprised and then smiled later, and said hi. I told him that I learnt Korean at halfway in English, if he didn’t mind, we can communicate in English. “No problem” he said and praised my Korean. The following communication went smoothly.

   As a real estate salesman, I am clear that I need to have a high giving spirit: patience, modest, smile, and eloquence and so on, all of them are very important. The people who in charge in foreign customers also need to possess excellent English knowledge and spoken language ability, amiability as well which makes client trust you. Meanwhile, some specialized knowledge is indispensable.

  平凡的一天，如往常一样快乐，蝶湖湾会所沙滩泳池的棕榈树照例向我点头微笑，今天会有什么样的不同等着我呢？向同事们打招呼的时候，我心里这样想。咖啡、电脑、客户资料，一切按部就班。哦，来自韩国的客户闵载道今天要来看样板间的，他的英语如何呢？但愿沟通起来不要太困难才好，对于英语，我对自己非常有自信，韩语的你好、再见和很高兴认识你等简单词语，也应付的过来啦，毕竟韩剧不是白看的。

 听到同事喊我，知道他到了，我来到沙盘前的休息区，看到一位温雅的先生，针织坎肩，条纹衬衫，卡其色休闲裤，一个干净、品味内敛的男士。“你好，欢迎来中国。”我微笑着用韩语和他打招呼，正宗的首尔口音，他怔了一下，随即微笑起来，同样说你好，随后我用英语告诉他，其实我的韩语是半路出家，如果对方允许，我们可以用英语交流。他说没有问题，并夸我韩语和英语说得好。接下来的交流就顺利多了。
