 We may not listen to music or not watch movie for three years, nor read a novel or a poem; we may even not eat the between-meal snack or not be in love for three years.  听到同事喊我,知道他到了,我来到沙盘前的休息区,看到一位温雅的先生,针织坎肩,条纹衬衫,卡其色休闲裤,一个干净、品味内敛的男士。“好,。”我微笑着用韩语和他打招呼,正宗的首尔口音,他怔了一下,随即微笑起来,同样说你好,随后我用英语告诉他,其实我的韩语是半路出家,如果对方允许,我们可以用英语交流。他说没有问题,并夸我韩语和英语说得好。接下来的交流就顺利多了。

 

作为一个房地产销售人员,我清楚自己要有高程度的付出精神:耐心、虚心、微笑、口才等等,都很很重要,对于负责外籍人员销售,还要有过硬的英语知识和口语能力,具备亲和力,让客户见到你有信任的好感. 还要有一定的专业知识。
